Head of Program Management

We are looking for a Head of Programme Management to lead the Project Management of a multi-year Retail Merchandising ERP Transformation and Implementation programme. This programme aims to redefine processes and digital capabilities across multiple business units, including Food, Health & Beauty, and Convenience. The role involves shaping the future of retail operations, both in physical and online markets, to align with the company?s strategic pillars: Customer First, People Led, and Shareholder Driven.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring adherence to programme governance and standards.
  • Develop, refine, and implement methodologies and working approaches for the programme.
  • Support the Programme Director in planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Manage programme scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, including programme management reviews, and document minutes.
  • Maintain and update templates, standards, and approach documents (e.g., induction guides, reporting guidelines, sign-off forms).
  • Track and manage deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks using tools like SharePoint.
  • Drive issue and risk resolution, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely mitigation.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Driven Tech PM with Oracle preferably Oracle Retail expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in boardroom settings.
  • Strong expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and develop actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written).
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
