- Troubleshoot & debug: Identify root causes of technical issues and implement fixes or workarounds while escalating when needed.
- System Integration: Build and support integrations between client systems, SaaS platforms, APIs, data sources, and cloud services.
- Support deployments: Help with application and infrastructure deployment activities (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, release tasks, environment configuration).
- Automation & scripts: Create or modify scripts to streamline workflows (e.g., data validation, deployment checks, monitoring setup).
- Monitoring & reliability: Support the setup of telemetry/alerts and help verify that systems are healthy after changes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation (runbooks, post-incident notes, architecture notes, and handover guides).
- Collaboration: Partner with consultants, solution architects, and senior engineers to deliver consistent results.
- Continuous improvement: Recommend improvements to processes, tooling, and patterns based on observed client needs.
