Infrastructure engineer (junior)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support system upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure implementation activities. You will work closely with internal technical teams and vendors across development, testing, and production environments. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and system upgrade activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure changes and implementations.
• Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Support server and virtualization platform administration.
• Participate in system migration and technology refresh activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation records.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and computer hardware.
• Exposure to virtualization platform migration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
