Security engineer (junior)

We are looking for an IT Security Engineer to support security-related system upgrades, maintenance, and implementation activities. You will work with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure infrastructure changes are implemented securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day security and system maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on upgrades and change requests.
• Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting security and infrastructure issues.
• Support implementation of security requirements across IT systems.
• Assist with technical reviews and security-related project activities.

• Maintain security documentation and implementation records.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience in IT security and networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)² SSCP are advantageous.
