Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager – Finance Transformation OPEN NORMAL PU

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to join a multi-year Wealth Management technology transformation programme.

The role will work closely with Finance stakeholders across Europe and Asia, technology teams, architects, and application SMEs to deliver Finance and Accounting system changes from requirements through production implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and workshops with Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders.

• Analyze the impact of GL/accounting changes in core banking systems and downstream financial reporting.

• Perform impact analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, data quality analysis, and interface assessments.

• Produce detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and application SMEs to define functional solutions.

• Manage requirements and demand backlog, release scope, estimates, capacity, and delivery plans.

• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from design and build through SIT, UAT, release, and production.

• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder arbitration.

• Monitor project deliverables and drive actions through to completion.

• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and technology teams across Asia and Europe.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally with exposure to Project Management responsibilities.

• Strong experience delivering technology projects within Wealth Management or Banking Finance.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, including transaction movements, accruals, reversals, GL and financial reporting.

• Experience in one or more of Liquidity Management, Credit Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Finance Reconciliation, or Data Quality.

• Knowledge of Basel IV / SA-CCR, Collateral Management or Counterparty Risk is advantageous.

• Good understanding of Core Banking processes, including Loans, Deposits and investment product lifecycles.

• Strong experience with impact analysis, data mapping, functional specifications and UAT.

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, challenge requirements, and communicate with senior business stakeholders.

• Experience working across the full SDLC in complex, multi-system environments.

• Strong analytical, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
