Senior Software / Integration Lead

We are looking for a Senior Software Lead to provide technical leadership for enterprise application and integration projects. You will design solutions, lead development activities, review code, and guide a small engineering team through integration, testing, and production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Lead development activities and provide technical direction to developers.
• Review source code, technical designs, and engineering deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, releases, and production deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and promote software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in enterprise integration projects, with experience leading technical teams.
• Strong development experience with Java / Java EE, REST/SOAP services, JDBC and SQL.
• Experience with .NET C#, ASP.NET/Core, Web APIs, and IIS.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Front-end knowledge including HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Telerik.
• CI/CD, DevOps, performance tuning, HA/failover, and containerization experience are advantageous.
