Software Manager (Java)

We are looking for an experienced System Manager to provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise IT projects. The role covers infrastructure operations, architecture, troubleshooting, security, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and system operations across multiple projects, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.

• Provide technical consultancy on system architecture, infrastructure design, integration, and operational best practices.

• Lead L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.

• Ensure systems comply with security, regulatory, risk, and disaster recovery requirements.

• Drive performance optimization, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with project teams, management, vendors, and external partners on infrastructure delivery and operations.

• Establish and maintain technical standards, SOPs, documentation, and engineering best practices.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.

• Hands-on knowledge of Azure, VMware, virtualization, and on-premise infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure risk, compliance, and disaster recovery.

• Experience with ITIL-based operations, incident/problem management, and root cause analysis.

• Ability to assess architecture and recommend scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and multi-project management capabilities.

• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.

• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
